Honestly? I think vegetable stir-fried noodles taste even better than the meat ones sometimes to me ! Quick, easy, and done in about 15 minutes! and the flavor combo is seriously crazy good! Enjoy!

Heat oil in a wok/pan. Add garlic and scallions. Cook for 10–15 seconds.

Add onion, carrots, and sugar peas. Add a splash of water. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Add noodles and all seasonings. Stir-fry for 1–3 minutes.

Add bok choy and oyster sauce (if using). Stir-fry for 1 minute. Enjoy!
