Ingredients

  • 400 gcooked noodles
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 3garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bunchscallions, chopped
  • 1/2small onion, sliced
  • 2carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cupsugar peas
  • 1 bunchbok choy or any leafy green
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspfive spice powder
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tbspdark soy sauce
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 splashwater

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok/pan. Add garlic and scallions. Cook for 10–15 seconds.

    Add onion, carrots, and sugar peas. Add a splash of water. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

    Add noodles and all seasonings. Stir-fry for 1–3 minutes.

    Add bok choy and oyster sauce (if using). Stir-fry for 1 minute. Enjoy!
