Pressure cook Kala chana along with onion garlic ginger green chilli cloves Elaichi and salt to taste for 4 whistle

Strain the water and keep it aside

Grind chana in mixer grinder using chana water if required to coarse paste

Take it out in Bowl mix paneer besan and salt mix well

Shape it into cylinder shape

Heat pan.Add little oil put chana roll and cook from both side till it is brown and crispy

Serve hot with onion lacha and mint chutney
