Chicken Biryani in cooker

First of all wash and drain the Chicken marinate it with yoghurt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder and biryani masala keep this aside for 20 mins. Until grind the onion, ginger,garlic,tomato and dhaniya in the mixer grinder. Wash the basmati rice and keep aside

Take a cooker keep it on the gas add some oil, add jeera and all garam masala, grinded paste of onion and tomato stir in between cook this for 5 min.Now add marinated chickan and toss it keep lead and make the 2 whistles.turn of the flame let it cool.

Open the cooker and add washed and drained rice above the chickan and warm the water in another pot add the warm water slowly from side and keep the lead and make 2 whistles on the medium flame and turn off the flame. Let it cool

Add coriander leaves on the top and fried onion above the biryani and serve hot with rassa.
