  • 1 tbspgram flour
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • 11/2 cupbuttermilk
  • 1grated carrot
  • 1onion chopped finely
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspoil

    Mix all the veggies, and add masala to it. Except turmeric and salt

    Mix all flours, add salt, turmeric and buttermilk to form a batter. Now add veggies and mix well

    Grease the tawa and put enough batter. Cook golden on both the sides
