  2. 1 cupgreen mug
  3. 1 cupmath
  4. 1 cupchopped tomatoes
  5. 1 cupchopped cabbage
  6. 1 cupchopped coriander leaves
  7. 2 tablespoonchaat masala
  8. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  9. 1chopped green chilli
  10. Salt as per taste

    Assemble all the ingredients as per shown in pic after soak all the salad ingredients for 1 day

    Second day after soak keep it in cotton napkin cover for whole night as per shown in pic

  3. 3

    Now take a bowl mix all the ingredients as per shown in pic Mix well and serve

  4. 4

    Mix sprouts healthy salad is ready to serve
