Sweet Mustard Green Soup w/ Shrimp | Canh Cải Ngọt Xanh

A healthy and refreshing soup to balance a heavy hearty meal. Sweet mustard greens are milder in mustard flavor compared to the regular mustard greens. Fresh or dried shrimp is perfect with this soup. Sometimes, mom would use leftover braised king mackerel fish for the protein in this soup too!

Vietnamese Fish Cake & Pork Noodle Soup |Bánh Canh Giò Chả Cá Vietnamese Fish Cake & Pork Noodle Soup |Bánh Canh Giò Chả Cá
Probably my first noodle soup I’ve attempted to make when I first started my cooking venture. It’s one of those soup that you toss everything in and, voila! The vegetables sweetened the broth, while the pork hock gives it richness. Aromatics are the herbs and fried shallots. The garlic fish sauce glaze gives this noodle soup a boost of complexity and savory sweetness. Quoc Nguyen | Chef Q -
Bubur Kacang Hijau- Malaysian Sweet Green Bean Soup Bubur Kacang Hijau- Malaysian Sweet Green Bean Soup
This is my husband's favorite.Adjust the amount of sugar to your desired level of sweetness. A liberal amount of palm sugar will give it a rich sweetness, and a liberal amount of caster sugar will give it a light taste. It's tasty served either hot or chilled and served over shaved ice. With durian added, this is called 'bubur kacang durian'. Recipe by ichimai cookpad.japan -

Sweet Onion and Cabbage Soup Sweet Onion and Cabbage Soup
Tender, sweet, and delicious even when raw! I adore sweet onions.I'd seen whole sweet onions in soup somewhere and so I created my own version with spring cabbage. The sweetness of the vegetables will wow you. While simmering, the onions do not have to be thoroughly immersed in the water. Since the soup is simmering with a lid, they will cook through steam. If the heat is uneven, halfway through simmering, stir thoroughly to rotate the bottom ingredients to the top.I suggest cutting slices from unsliced bacon and adding dwarf tomatoes.
