There’s no ONE way to marinade pork for Vietnamese BBQ Pork (Thịt Nướng). Depending on the region of VN and the taste preference, we adjust and add seasoning to how we see fit. With that being said, this is ONE of my version.

Steps
- 1
Slice pork to thin pieces.
- 2
Make marinade; in a blender combine all seasoning and blend to make marinade.
- 3
Marinade pork with marinade. Let sit to marinate at least 10-15 minutes before cooking. Or cover to marinate overnight in the fridge.
- 4
Air-fry 390F for 20 minutes. Turn to cook evenly after 10 minute. Can also grill or pan fry.
