Ingredients

40 minutes
4 people
  1. 2 lbspork shoulder/butt
  2. 5 clovesgarlic
  3. 1small shallot
  4. 2 Tbssoy sauce
  5. 2 Tbsfish sauce
  6. 2tsb oyster sauce
  7. 1.5 tspchicken bouillon granulate
  8. 1/2 tspmsg
  9. 2 Tbssweet condensed milk
  10. 2 Tbshoney
  11. 1 tspground black pepper
  12. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp5 spice powder
  14. 2 TbsCooking oil

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    Slice pork to thin pieces.

  2. 2

    Make marinade; in a blender combine all seasoning and blend to make marinade.

  3. 3

    Marinade pork with marinade. Let sit to marinate at least 10-15 minutes before cooking. Or cover to marinate overnight in the fridge.

    Air-fry 390F for 20 minutes. Turn to cook evenly after 10 minute. Can also grill or pan fry.
