Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChana sprouts
  2. 1/2 cupChopped onions
  3. 1/2 cupChopped tomatoes
  4. 1/2 tspPepper
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspOlive oil
  7. As required Mint leaves to garnish
  8. 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  9. 1 tspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak chana dal in water for an hour. Then leave it out overnight. Next day it will start sprouting.

    Add chopped onions and tomatoes. Add Lemon juice one table spoon.

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add olive oil. Mix well. Garnish with mint leaves and serve it fresh. Very healthy snack at 5pm.
