  • 1 cupleftover rice
  • 1big onion
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilles
  • 1 tspoon fennel seeds
  • Salt,
  • turmeric powder,
  • chilli powder
  • Leftover dal if you have

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add leftover rice, dal,turmeric, chilli, chopped onion, chopped coriander,fennel seeds, chopped chilles, besan and mash nicely by hands. Add salt to taste.

    Heat a pan.Add oil.Add pinch of fruit salt in mixture and activate it. Make pakodas by batter.Fry till golden brown and crispy.

    Serve hot. NO need of anything.
