Add in mixer jar milets,soaked Urad dal and water and mixer it finely.add nachani flour and salt and mix it nicely.

Heat a nonstick pan sprinkle water and wipe it.then add batter and spread it evenly on medium heat. Add oil on sides

Flip another side and bake it golden brown colour.ready your milets dosa.serve with green chatani.
