Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 3-4chicken breasts
  2. salt and pepper
  3. 1 tbsolive oil
  4. 2 tbspbutter
  5. 1 tbsphoney
  6. 1/2 tspeach oregano, thyme and basil
  7. For the dill sauce;
  8. 1 tbspbutter
  9. 2 clovesminced garlic
  10. 1/2 cupchicken stock
  11. 2/3 cupdouble cream
  12. 2 tbsplemon
  13. 1-2 tbspchopped fresh dill

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180 c Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste along with garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Combine butter and oil in a pan, once butter is melted add honey and stir to combine.

    Add chicken to pan, and cook 2-3 minutes on each side. Add butter and garlic and sauté for 1 minute then the chicken stock, double cream, dill and lemon juice and cook on slow heat until chicken is tender.

    Season with freshly ground pepper and serve with rice of your choice.

    Also, the sauce is so delicious that you could add it to any type of pasta, this time I fancied some rice with mixed vegetables. Yummy !
