Mash the khichdi in a mixing bowl. Add flour and all mentioned spices/ingredients. mix very well and knead soft dough. Make Equal portions.

Gently Roll the thepla using dry flour. Heat the tawa and roast the thepala with applying oil on it till brown marks appear. Remove it on the kitchen napkin so it doesn't get soggy. Make all theplas.
