Soak the udad dal and idly rawa separately for 2 hours. Grind the udad dal and mix in idl rawa. Keep aside 6 hour for fermented.

Cut the cashew, cabbage 🥬 in small pieces. Grated the carrot.Crush roughly chilli pieces.

Heat the oil and add tadka ingredients.When the mustard seeds are cracked add the all vegetables mix it and close the flame.

Add this mixture,salt and soda in idly batter and mix well. Pour the batter in idly stands all mould.

A lovely, delicious, healthy * VEG MASALA IDLY * is ready for serve.

Boiled the water in a steamer and put the idly stand in the steamer. Cover it and cook for 15 minute.

Remove the fluppy idly in a plate and serve with tomato sauce and coconut chutney.
