1 small bowl of leftover upma
5-6 tbsp oil for frying
1 tspchaat masala

In a mixing bowl take leftover upma make nuggets from it. Keep it in freeze for 10 minutes.

Fry it on medium high flame. Make brown from both the sides.

Sprinkle chat masala on top serve hot with tomato sauce.
