Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsporkbelly (without skin)
  2. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  3. 1/2 tbsprice vinegar
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. 3 tbsphoney
  6. 1 tbspdark soy sauce
  7. 1 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 1 tbsphoisin sauce
  9. 2 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  10. 1 tbspminced garlic
  11. 1 tbspgrated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the dry and liquid ingredients together thoroughly until it forms the marinade

  2. 2

    Cut the porkbelly into bite sized pieces

  3. 3

    Mix the marinade into the porkbelly making sure that the ingredients are evenly coated

  4. 4

    Cover the mixture and leave overnight in the fridge

  5. 5

    Preheat fryer to 385°F and cook the marinated porkbelly for 8-10 minutes
