Take gram flour or gram flour in a pan, add a pinch of turmeric, salt and water as required and prepare the batter and keep it covered for 10 minutes. (Keep in mind that the batter is not too thick and not too thin, the coating should be even). Cut the chilli in the middle and remove the seeds.

Now fill the left over stuffing of the crushed spices in the chilli and keep it ready and add oil and a pinch of soda to the prepared batter and mix well.

Now heat the oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, dip the stuffed chilli in the batter and fry it in the oil until it turns light brown and crispy.

Fry all the chillies in this way. This stuffed chilli tastes good with chutney and tea.
