In a sufuria add the minced meat and some water to boil.

Once the water us dried out, add oil to the minced meat and stir. Fry till the onions are soft.

Add the cut tomatoes and stir well.

Fry till the onions are soft then add salt, paprika, coriander and royco then stir to mix well.

Add the cut green bell peppers and stir.

Turn off the fire then serve with your preferred accompaniment. I had this with boiled spaghetti.
