In a mixing bowl add 1 cup sorghum flour, 2 &1/2 cup water,salt, chopped coriander leaves, chillies chopped, cumin seeds and mixed well.

Heat a nonstick griddle. Add laddalful of dosa flour by highup with small katori.Add little bit oil.

Cook till golden brown and crispy.No need to flip.
