Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 1grated carrot
  3. 1/4grated beetroot
  4. 5-6 piecesbread
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 teaspoonchat masala
  7. 1 teaspoonamchur powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 teaspoondhaniya powder
  10. 1/4 bowlcoriander leaves
  11. 250 mloil for frying

  1. 1

    Grate potatoes in a bowl add grated carrot beetroot

    Cut the sides of bread and put small pieces of bread by cutting in the bowl

    Add all spices and mix well

    Heat oil

    Make small rolls and cut into pieces or keep into rolls

    Take the cut pieces and make into square form use fork to press a bit

    Put in the oil on medium flame and let it fry
