In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients together. Add one tablespoon oil and rub by hands.

Add water and knead hard dough and apply little bit oil. Keep aside for half an hour.

Now make small lemon size balls of flour. Roll thick puris. Heat oil in the karahiand fry puris till puff up and crispy. Serve with pickle or chutney.

Very tasty dish for breakfast or dinner.
