Having only 2 students today and one with a birthday, I had my 6 1/2 year old cook for my new 7 year old. However, I gave him only 30 minutes, 2 pounds of ground pork & full access to all fridges, gardens, freezers, pantries and told him to get crazy creative! 😆 After all, us cooks and Chefs seriously know that type of stress right?Anyway, this is what he created and MAN was this dish freakin' delicious! My little girl wants to be all independent and absolutely detests spoon feeding by now. I've created this healthy fiber loaded recipe to ensure that she can get all the nutritional benefits whilst safe enough for her to gum (she's only got 2 teeth for now). This recipe creates smooth soft meatballs for babies to gum away. Reccomended for babies aged 9 months and above.

Takes 4 hours in crockpot. I have doubled my recipe in the pictures. They are easy to make and super delicious. These are a family favorite. I cant seem to make enough.

One evening, my boyfriend and I were hanging out at home and got hungry and realized we literally had nothing to eat so we decided to see what we could create out of the few items we did have.

We make these for big gatherings. Always a hit, and we usually have to make 7 to 8lbs of them in order to accommodate everyone.

The meatball recipe I found on www.cooks.com/recipe. I was searching for a recipe where I wouldn't necessarily have to add oats and not to over complicated, and this one look perfect, tasted fantastic.

My mom made these often when we were kids and now I make them for my family with a little fine tuning.
