Heat a pan.Add chopped tomato and chilli. Roast together by adding few drops of oil.Cool.

In a mixer jar add tomato, chilli, coriander leaves peanuts, salt and jaggery powder. Grind finely.

Keep in serving bowl. Heat a tadka pan add oiland mustard seeds. Allow to crackle. Add cumin seeds and pinch of asafoetida. Pour this tadka into chutney. Serve with any fried things.
