Steps

Take all ingredients on one platform. Now keep vessel on medium flame and add two glass of water now add chopped pieces of onion tomato and beetroot in it and cook them for 5-7 minutes. After 7 minute remove water seperately and Grind it cooked veggies.

With the help of strainer strain that grinded mixture. Now take another kadai and keep on Medium flame. Add ghee and then add chopped ginger garlic pieces in it for 2 minutes and then add stained mixture

Now add black pepper powder, salt as per test and little bit sugar for better test. At last add cream in it and enjoy your soup hot 🔥. For thickening you can add corn flour slurry. But but it is good without slury.
