Cut patte and wash it.

Then add besan and all spices and asofoetida and make soft dough.

Now steam it for 10 minutes.After that cut it small pieces.

Now take a wok add oil,then add rai then chopped onion and cook it till it get little golden.

Now add coriander powder,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder in it and mix it then add arbi patte muthiya in and cook it till it get golden.Ready to eat and keep in tiffins also.
