  2. 1potato 🥔
  3. 1green chilli
  4. Half teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  6. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. 2 tablespoonoil
  8. 1 tablespoonMasala ae magic
  9. Half teaspoon mustard seeds
  10. Half teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. Half teaspoon asafoetida
  12. Half teaspoon Sugar
  13. 5/6Curry leaves
  14. leavesCoriander
  15. Pomegranate/Sev gor garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the potatoes and take the poha, now put oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, add neem, add green chillies to the potatoes and fry them, add salt and turmeric powder, add water and let the potatoes cook,

    Now wash the poha and soak it in some water, now when the potatoes are cooked, add lemon juice, sugar, some red chillies, and masala a magic and mix well, now add the soaked poha in it,

    Mix well, add coriander and serve
