  • 200 gcream cheese
  • 75 gegg yolk (approximately 3 large egg yolks)
  • 50 gsugar
  • 75 gdouble cream

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a lined12cm baking tin.

    Bake for 25 mins in the oven at 250°C until just beginning to set.
