Finely chop the onions, bell pepper, and green chilies. Boil the sweet corn and place it in a bowl.

Add all the spices and salt to the bowl, then mix in the chickpea flour and rice flour. Gradually add a little water to make a batter. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add the baking soda to the batter and mix well. Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on a plate.

Serve the hot corn, bell pepper, and onion fritters with fried green chilies, ketchup, or tea.
