Mutta surka is a Malabari dish which is extremely delicious and puffy .It is made with raw rice,cooked rice and salt.

Mutta surka is a Malabari dish which is extremely delicious and puffy .It is made with raw rice,cooked rice and salt.
Steps

Grind soaked rice and cooked rice with 1/4 cup water in a mixer jar to make a smooth batter.

Add salt and cumin,mix it well.If the batter is thick add water and adjust the consistency of the batter.It should coat the back side of the spoon.

Heat oil in a pan,pour a ladle full of the batter in the oil.Fry it on medium heat.It will puff up,then flip it over and fry on both the sides.Transfr it on kitchen towel.Fry all the mutta surka like this.

Your delicious mutta surka is ready to serve.Enjoy it with potato curry.
