Arbi leaves crispy squares

To a bowl add besan, rice flour,salt, ajwain, coriander powder,jeera powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder,oil,tamarind chutney,ginger garlic paste and mix it, adding water to make thick paste.

Wash arbi leaves dry it, remove the middle part and cut in pieces,grease oil to container which has holes then place the layer of arbi leaves, then apply prepared besan paste all over it with patience, then later with place the arbi leaves apply the paste like this till done.

Top with sesame seeds and steam it for 12 min. cool it cut in square pieces

Heat oil for shallow fry and fry the pieces to golden crisp.

Serve the arbi leaves crispy squares with ketchup and enjoy.
