#CA2025 Suji rusks ,homemade sooji rusk is so tasty,and made in Kadhai .you can eat with tea ,in evening.

In mixer jar add sooji,sugar and milk and blind it and make fine batter.

Add baking powder,baking soda and mix it well until,add salt cardamom powder and oil,add vanilla and mix it well.

Geese tin add batter and bake in preheated Kadhai,cover it. Bake for 20 minutes.after cool cake make slice and bake it in pan

In nonstick pan add slices and bake for 5 minutes.ready your sooji rusks serve it with evening tea,crunchy and crisp toast.
