Keep paneer cubes, onion,garlic, red chilli, cumin seeds and vinegar ready.

Chop onion and coriander leaves.keep aside.

Add red chillies, garlic and vinegar into a mixer jar,grind it into a fine paste.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion and coriander leaves,fry for two minutes. Then add red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.

Then add a little water,let it boil. Masala becomes thick and add paneer cubes,Mix well.

Let the masala coat well with paneer, add soya sauce, and mix well.Saute for a few minutes.

Add chopped coriander leaves. Give a nice mix, now the paneer bites are ready to serve.
