Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds.When mustard seeds are cracked add peanut and saute it.

Add the garlic, chilli pieces,salt and coriander leaves. Saute it and cool down.

Take the mixture in a grinder jar and crush roughly. Thecha is ready.

Take the atta in a big plate. Add salt, oil and mix well. Add necessary water and make a dough like a roti. Keep Aside for 15 minute.

Smash the dough and make the 4 equal parts. Make each part ball and roll in dry atta.Put the 1 ball on rolling board and rolling pin

Spread above some oil and fold it. Another time rolling with a rolling pin on a round shape.,

Heat the tawa on medium heat and put the chapati in the middle.One side is cooked flip the chapati and cook the other side. Fold it
