Steps

To make sevaiyan

Heat oil in pan add green cardamom and sevaiyan roast them till brown in colour at low heat.

Add water till sevaiyan get covered.

Add sugar mix cover and cook till sevaiyan are done. Remove from fire and keep aside.

For Koki

Take one cup wheat flour in pot add black pepper pd,salt, cumin seeds and one tbsp ghee.

Mix.make tight dough by adding little water. Keep aside for 10 mnts.

Take little dough and roll out in thick round shape koki

Heat griddle and cook koki at low flame apply ghee and cook till golden brown in colour.

Remove from griddle and keep aside. Same way make more koki from remaining dough.

For fry potato

Peel and dice potato in small pieces.add water and keep aside for 10 mnts.

Heat oil in pan add diced potatoes and fry them at medium heat till done.

Remove from oil add coriander pd,red chilli pd,dry mango pd and salt mix.

To serve

In one thali put sevaiyan,fry potatoes,koki, masala Puri along with curd and papad and serve.
