For Bhindi Fry-Wash bhindi pet dry cut the both ends and cut into pieces.Heat oil in kadai and add cumin seeds when they crackers add bhindi saute for sometime cover and cook then add dry spices salt and peanut powder mix well Keep aside

For Kharda/Techa -Heat tava and spread green chilli chopped when they blistered add oil and garlic saute add salt and mash with bowl then transfer to a bowl keep aside

For Varan /Dal -Rinse lentils in water and add in pressure cooker together with tomato turmeric powder cook for 4-5 whistles when pressure falls naturally open the lid and mash dal keep aside then pour the temper For tempering -Heat ghee in small pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds when they crackers add green chilli curry leaves and pour into cooked dal or vara sprinkle green coriander leaves chopped.

For Bhhat -Rinse rice and soak for 20 min then drain out water and keep aside Heat water in a deep pot add salt and let it boil add rice cook cover it (Add less or more water depends on type and quality of rice.

For Chapati -In a bowl take whole wheat flour salt and oil mix well together then knead a soft dough with warm water cover and rest for 10 min. Pinch a ball size dough and roll dust some wheat flour roll thinly and place on hot tawa and cook on both sides spread little oil.Make all keep aside

For Kheer -In a vessel heat milk and let it boil and simmer for a few minutes.Heat ghee in pan and gently stir vermicelli with spatula pour hot milk simmer for sometime add sugar again simmer switch off the flame and add green cardamom powder and almonds keep aside.

Now assemble the thali - Serve all items in a bowl Bhindi fry varan bhhat kharda kheer set chapati and roasted papad Serve hot or warm.Thank you 💕
