Soak black eyed peas in water overnight

2)Blend everything together in a blender until smooth.

Now add finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

3)Heat a oiled griddle/non-stick pan over a medium heat.
4)When hot pour 1/4 cup of batter and spread into a even layer(like a pancake)..

5)Let it cook at one side until golden brown and then flip over and cook the other side

Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
