Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. It is better to use cheese with a strong taste, for example, Cheddar. Add sour cream, eggs and chopped green onions. Salt and season to taste. Mix well.

Sift the flour. Mix. There shouldn't be too much or too little flour. The dough is a little thicker than for a cake.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the dough in, distribute it evenly. Fry on medium heat, about two minutes on each side. Cover the other side.

The flatbread can be served cold or hot. It tastes better with sour cream.
