Ingredients

20 minutes

1/2 cuporzo (about 85 grams)
1little olive oil for sautéing
1/2yellow onion
1cucumber
5-6cherry tomatoes
A fewolives
1little feta cheese

20 minutes

Sauté the orzo in a little olive oil for 5 minutes until lightly golden, then add water and boil for exactly 15 minutes.

Set the orzo aside to cool slightly, then chop all the other ingredients as you like.

Add the orzo and all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well! Enjoy!
