Chop bananas into large pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, let them crackle, then add asafoetida.

Add methi leaves, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

When methi softens, add chopped tomato. Sauté for 1 minute.

Add coriander and cumin powder, then banana pieces. Mix well.

Add lemon juice, stir, and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
