🥑Avocado🥑(Butter Fruit) Roti Sandwich

For Rotis: Knead a medium consistency dough with the mentioned ingredients and rest it for 10 minutes.

Make 6 portions and roll out big rotis. Roast 2 rotis completely using olive oil.

Roast the other 4,:fully done' on one side and ' half done'on the other using olive oil.

For Stuffing: Ready all the ingredients. Wash and cut ripe avocado into two. Remove the core. Take the pulp of 2 small avocados🥑🥑 into a mixing bowl and mash it smoothly using a fork.

Immediately, mix in lemon juice to avoid oxidation of the avocado pulp. Mix in palak leaves salt and pepper powder.

For Assembling of 🥑Avocado🥑 Roti Sandwich: Keep all the ingredients handy. Take one' half done'side roti and apply avocado palak paste on the 'fully done 'side of the roti. Sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies all over.

Grate 1/2 cube cheese. Now apply avocado on 'fully done' roti. Place on the first arranged roti.

Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, green chillies and grate 1/2 cube cheese. Cover with the 3 rd roti which is 'half done', keeping the raw side out.

Roast this triple layered 🥑Avocado Roti Sandwich on a tawa using olive oil. Press and roast both sides crispy.

When done take the Avocado🥑 Roti Sandwich on a plate. Cut and serve hot. Enjoy health and taste packed in one Avocado Roti Sandwich. Grate some cheese on top for kids.
