Steak with Bacon-Wrapped Green Beans and Sweet Potato Fries

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Boil green beans in water for 2–3 minutes, then drain.

Wrap green beans with bacon slices and place on a baking tray.

Bake bacon-wrapped green beans for 10–12 minutes until bacon is crisp.

Spread sweet potato fries on a tray and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.

Season steak with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

Heat olive oil in a cast iron pan over high heat.

Sear steak 2–3 minutes per side until desired doneness.

Plate steak, bacon-wrapped green beans, and sweet potato fries together.
