Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 450°
- 2
Cut each steak into 2-4 pieces depending on the size.
- 3
Cut bacon in half and wrap around steak. If bacon continues to wrap more then once. Trim excess bacon or it will not crisp up. Put a tooth pick through the end of the bacon into the steak to hold it in place.
- 4
Brush the Sriracha and Worcestershire on top and bottom of the steak.
- 5
Cover the steak with salt and pepper
- 6
Sear the steak on top and bottom for about 5 minutes each side on medium high heat.
- 7
If you have an oven safe pan you may transfer it to the oven. If not put steaks into a 8x8 baking dish then place in the oven.
- 8
Cook for about 20 mins rotating about every 5 minutes for even cooking.
- 9
Let sit after finished in the oven for a few minutes to allow steak to soak up the juices.
- 10
Enjoy!
