Ingredients

  1. 2 pieceSirloin Steaks
  2. 2 pieceBacon
  3. 1 tbspGround Black Pepper
  4. 1 1/2 tbspSalt
  5. 1 tbspSriracha Sauce
  6. 2 tbspWorcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450°

    Cut each steak into 2-4 pieces depending on the size.

    Cut bacon in half and wrap around steak. If bacon continues to wrap more then once. Trim excess bacon or it will not crisp up. Put a tooth pick through the end of the bacon into the steak to hold it in place.

    Brush the Sriracha and Worcestershire on top and bottom of the steak.

    Cover the steak with salt and pepper

    Sear the steak on top and bottom for about 5 minutes each side on medium high heat.

    If you have an oven safe pan you may transfer it to the oven. If not put steaks into a 8x8 baking dish then place in the oven.

    Cook for about 20 mins rotating about every 5 minutes for even cooking.

    Let sit after finished in the oven for a few minutes to allow steak to soak up the juices.
