Raw papaya besan Curry in 10 minutes (kacha papaya no lot vado sambharo)

First of all, wash the papaya, peel it, cut it into thin, medium-sized pieces, and cut the chili into long slices.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds. Let's crackle it. Add asafoetida. Add green chillies and saute for few seconds.

Now add chopped raw papaya.stir it well. Add turmeric and salt. Mix it well and saute for few seconds. Add water into it.let's cover and cook till papaya soften.

When the papaya soften, add sugar and lime juice. Mix it well. Now add roasted besan and mix properly. Keep the flame on slow and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped coriander leaves and take it off. Raw papaya besan curry recipe is ready to serve.

Enjoy as a side dish in gujrati meal.
