In a thick bottom vessel dry roast both the flours separately for 2 - 2 minutes.

Keep them aside. Add ghee in the same vessel. As ghee hits add both the flours in it.

As the mixture becomes fluffy turn off the gas and add jaggery. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture into greased plate and garnish with some roasted dry fruits. As mixture comes to room temperature make pieces of it.
