Heat ghee in a pan. Add wheat flour and roast it.

Roast it with continuously stiring till pinkish brown and aroma spreads.

Switch off the flame and add chopped nuts, elaichi powder and coconut. Also add jaggery and mix everything well. Jaggery should melt completely.

Take the mixture out in a greased plate. Flatten and spread it evenly. Garnish with nuts and coconut.

Put cut marks when it is hot, to get even shape.

After it cools completely, cut into pieces and enjoy healthy Sukhdi
