Stale Bread Frittata

A budget-friendly dish that comes together in no time. I had some stale bread soaking to make meatballs, but honestly, I had a bit too much. I kept it in the fridge for a day and used it at lunchtime to make a delicious frittata. With just a few ingredients and a few minutes, I put together a quick, tasty, and economical lunch. I served the frittata with a nice mixed salad.
