Take all the needed ingredients. Rinse and soak millet,bengal gram,fenugreek and chana altogether for at least 6hrs.

Then transfer to a blender,add ginger and dry red chilli along with salt,grind nicely.

Then ferment for 4 hrs. Its not necessary to ferment 8hrs like idli batter.

Then in a hot tawa sprinkle oil,pour a ladle of batter and spread it out. Flip and cook.

That's it. Our healthy Millet Protein Dosa is ready. All type of chutneys sambar we can have it as side dish.
