In a pan heat minimum oil as you need to saute. Add cumin seeds.Add chilli ginger garlic paste, onions, chillies and saute. Add all the spices.

Add boiled green peas, mashed potatoes, coriander and give it a good mix. Let the stuffing cool down.

Make a cone from the samosa patti.

Feel stuffing in the hollow space. Apply maida slury on the edges and seal the samosa.

Prepare all the samosas similarly. Arrange on the baking tray. You can brush some oil over samosas if you wish to. Preheat the oven and bake samosas for 12 - 15 mins at 180°

Enjoy oil free samosas with your favourite chutney. You can also make Samosas similarly in airfryer also.
