250 gflour
125 gbutter (cold and squared)
3 tspsugar
60 mlcold water

Steps

Mix dry ingredients and add cold butter. Mix until it crumble using fork.

Add water 1 tsp at a time until it creates a dough.

Put in the plastic wrap and refrigerated it for at least 45 minutes.

Roll the dough and it ready to use
