Beef Stew
Very common stew in kenya it is eaten with Ugali or rice
Steps

Boil the meat for 20 minutes and more if the meat is tough

Add salt if when meat is still boiling

Then add 3 tbsp of oil.

Add diced onions and fry till soft.

Then add the the corriander and hoho and continue frying.

Stir and add the chopped tomatoes then cover for one minute and add tomato paste.

Dissolve royco in 20ml of water,then cook for a few minutes and add water depending on the amount of stew you want.
