  1. 7 ozpaneer, cut into cubes (about 200 grams)
  2. 1large onion, cut into cubes
  3. 1bell pepper, cut into cubes
  4. 1 tablespoonchickpea flour (besan)
  5. 1/4 cupGreek yogurt (hung curd)
  6. 1 teaspoonfresh cream
  7. 1 teaspooncream cheese
  8. 1 teaspoonbutter
  9. 1 teaspoonsalt, or to taste
  10. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  11. 1 teaspoonred chili powder
  12. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  13. 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  14. 1/4 cupoil

    Chop the vegetables and set aside. In a bowl, add the yogurt and mix in the chickpea flour.

    Add all the spices listed above, along with the cream, cream cheese, and butter. Mix well.

    Make a paste. Once the paste is ready, add the chopped bell pepper, onion, and paneer cubes. Mix to coat evenly.

    Thread all the cubes onto skewers.

    Heat a griddle or skillet, brush with oil, and grill the tikkas on medium heat, turning occasionally until golden.
